| Description: |
We start talking to students and answering to their questions. We make a chronologic stripe where we place glass items belonging to many historical periods. Then, we show them how glass is manufactured and its elements as well as the different kinds of glass: “ de ciba, de manxò, placat i opac”. We see how a stained glass was manufactured in the Medieval Age; we observe its drawing, decorative techniques, types of painting, marks for the glazing made by the stained glass window maker, its installation, etc. Finally, we suggest that the students could make their own stained glass by drawing it, painting it grey and cover it with lead. In the afternoon, we can visit the Catedral to study the stained glasses windows.
