These activities are designed to work on the meaning of death in the Roman Age, funerary rituals, burial ceremonies and pieces exhibited in the museum of the Necropolis, so that students could get their meaning and put them into context.

We introduce the necropolis concept. In order to identify and recognize the place they are visiting, we tell the story of a will, funerary rituals and Roman burials, according to social status and habits. We observe the sarcophagus, we study Optimus lid and Palaeochristian symbols.
